These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nnnko platform and all of its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms. "Real Money" — Actual Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT) deposited into an account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at nnnko, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age or older. 21+
You may only have one account — multiple accounts in the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
You must register with accurate and truthful information — providing false information may result in account cancellation.
Online gaming must be permitted under local laws in the area from which you are playing.
Any person who has previously been banned from the platform may not create a new account.

Important Warning: No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. Accounts belonging to underage users will be cancelled immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your nnnko account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login details (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Withdrawals may be limited until identity verification (KYC) is completed.
A government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) must be provided for KYC.
Transfer of account ownership is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment Policy

nnnko processes transactions exclusively through recognized mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Currently supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

            Please Note: Your account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals may be delayed due to incomplete KYC information.
          

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at nnnko, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

The bonus is awarded once for the first deposit only.
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳15,000. Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000.
If a user deposits ৳16,000, the bonus is ৳15,000 (maximum limit), making the total ৳31,000.

            Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
          

The bonus may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

If evidence of bonus abuse from multiple accounts is found.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus.
If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when playing cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and other categories on the nnnko platform:

Once a game or bet has started, it cannot be cancelled unless the game was not completed due to a technical error.
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, nnnko reserves the right to declare that round void and return the wager.
In the event of any dispute over a game result, nnnko's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
For sports betting, settlement will be based on the officially announced result — if any disputed decision is changed, the bet may also be resettled.
Maximum limits may apply to the amount that can be wagered, as displayed on the platform.
Betting using automated software, bots, or any program is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

What You Are Not Allowed to Do

The following activities are completely prohibited on the nnnko platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name
Registering using a false or fake identity
Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
Money laundering or illegal financial activities
Attempting to access another user's account

Playing games using automated bots or software
Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software
Threatening or harassing other players
Using a third party's payment account
Deliberately exploiting errors in the system

Warning: If evidence of any fraudulent activity is found, the account will be suspended immediately, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8. Responsible Gaming

Due to delays or issues with a third-party payment provider.
Any loss arising from a user's negligence or breach of the Terms.
Unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

Every effort is made to provide gaming services on the platform without interruption, however temporary disruptions may occur for maintenance or upgrades — users will be notified in advance where possible.

11. Account Suspension

Reasons for Account Closure or Suspension

nnnko reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

For violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
For failing to submit KYC information or for providing false information.
If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per policy).
If the user requests self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure, if there is no evidence of a rule violation, the valid balance will be returned. Bonus balance is non-refundable.
